    HBO had ordered the fight moved to 1AM UK time .....so it will transmitted live on primetime on US television.

    Glad that our US friends will see it on primetime but a bit annoying to have to wait till 2 oclock CET to see the fight .oh well a 6 sixpack will solve that problem i bet.

    Totally agree!

    Why the **** is this going out to suit a US audience who up until about a year ago couldnt give a **** about either fighter.

    Typical bull****.

    I love it. I love waiting up for a big fight. The adrenaline keeps me sober but the booze makes me opinionated, it's perfect.

    And I'm not surprised. Probably it is the best fight that could be made in the sport currently.

    Calzaghe Is worth staying up for I guess unlike most recycled washed up or overrated Americans anyway.

    If HBO are putting in the lions share of the cash, I guess they are able to dictate what time the fight will start.

    Which channel are showing this in the UK?

    Cheers for that. I think I'll wait until after the fight in that case before I cancel my subs. Not enough boxing on Setanta for my liking

    Anyone in a reasonable range to buy a ticket and go to the event and doesn't because of the scheduling a crybaby.... I wouldn't care what time it was if the fight was taking place near me, I'd be there. This is going to be a monster event. These superfights don't happen very often, gotta take advantage when they do.

    However, in terms of those just watching on television in Europe, I can see why it sucks waiting up that late to watch it.

    Why does Boxing have to listen to what America says? Let them watch It at a different time.

    This is bull****, I'm getting the train over, how am I meant to go clubbing at 2am

    Surely ITV will put a stop to this given that they were contracted first

    And as far as I know this is not on Setanta, they only got the Hatton fight?
