If this fight were made what do you believe the fight odds would be? We all know there are plenty of casual Americans and Hatton fans who would pick Mayweather.

When you take into account the odds for Taylor - Spinks it is safe to assume Mayweather would be only a 5-to-1 underdog or likely shorter. My guess is 4/1.

What odds do you believe one would get, were this fight made?

it would be about 9 to 1

with Calzaghe paying back about 1/25 or even less

The UK book maker would open around there.

Not in America though. Remember Floyd beat Oscar.

What weight is it for? I'm guessing that in the US it would be about +350 for Floyd if it was at a catchweight

What were the odds on Duran?

How is Calzaghe rated compared to Hagler?

    4 to 1 on Floyd.

There's no way a UK bookie would start at 9/1 against Mayweather. He's too big a name. Logic doesn't come into this.

I can see it being around 3/1 against Mayweather for no other reason than he beat Ricky Hatton easily.

Actually, his record at SMW was 20 wins against 7 losses.

And he had three wins at light-heavy.

And he was in his forties !

be realistic though (about the 40/1 odds). Mayweather is a huge name; one of the biggest in the sport. Theres no way bookies would give him any worse than 8/1 just because of his name
