Especially if Winky were to win, which is entirely plausible.

JC looses this fight. He wont get past Wright's defense

    Fecking easy fight for Joe

Wright looked like Mr.Blobby in the ring at 170

However, he's an American 'name' therefore he'll probably get more credit than for beating Woods, despite the latter being a much bigger challenge

    Smart move

Winky has nothing to do at 168. Nothing! He is too small for 160 so....

Not a bad stay busy fight, but I'd rather him face Hopkins or Woods.

If this happens, Calzaghe by wide UD

HEY HEY HEY HEY HEY HEEEY!!!! Now it's enough with you writing Calzague all over the f*&king place!! Didnn't you notice after writing his name wrong for about 23432 times that it is C A L Z A G H E .

Yes, with an H instead of a U

:patsch :patsch :patsch :patsch :patsch :patsch

No personal offense though jaycuban:good peace:lol:

Good fight on paper. Joe should of fought Woods in UK for $$$, then B-Hop. But Winky is a smart move for $$ and publicity.

If with 2 fights to go and still not outside his prime (still close to his best) Joe has to fight stay-busy fights, there is a problem; either he is not setting his sights on the right goal or his financial expectations are unrealistic...

The more I look at this undefeated record of Joe Calzaghe, it's been possible because had taken on fighters that team ***** has handpicked for one reason or another which doesn't stand a chance against him. They were the sacrificial lamb, choosen to showcase Her Majesty's best boxing attributes. Hence this popularity that has brought out believers worshipping this pagan god.
People.... Mr. Supernatural is not out to test his ability against the best or to leave his mark in history but to just cash it in. He would have done just about anything to have been in the same ring as another ATG and then some RJJ in his prime to prove otherwise. He should have came to America for less money years ago to see how he measures up with the Executioner.

    (W, L or D, I give Hatton much R-E-S-P-E-C-T.)

Opportunity again has arised for these two to meet, JC can again redeem himself, but he's making the American Badass (not Kid Rock) accept his term. WTF, BHops could care less if this fight happens or not, his legacy is sealed.
The epitaph on his grave will say among others, "Here lies a man that is an ATG in professional boxing." No boxing afficionado in their right mind will question that. Joe should just dance to whatever Bernard wants to sing if he also want such an honor bestowed onto him, provided he performs above and well beyond against this version of this Ageless Wonder. Very high risk with very high reward.
The impregnable Winky Defense was already solved by the 42 yr. old MAN. Winky is ruined, Calzaghe should go after his destroyer.
