    Dancing on Stars will never fufill Calzaghes ego and drive for glory and accomplishment like boxing will

    He retired too early

    Now I know some might say

    He is 37 years old - he was getting old

    Yes

    However

    He still has alot left in the tank

    In his last 2 fights - he had the most high profile of his career

    Hopkins and Jones

    and won them both

    and then you just walk away -

    on a high maybe

    yes

    but it just seems a strange time to walk away -when Ameirca was now cracked

    he could have had another few biig fights and in America

    Hopkins rematch

    Dawson

    or even Froch in Britain

    it just seems his retirement was abrupt

    like he had not come to the end of the road really

    just thought now it was sensible to retire

    but inside - if the fire is still there - its still there

    and after a long rest - which he probaly needed and wanted

    I think he will still feel he has something left inside to fight again

    When I read these posts, I imagine the guy who does those movie trailers saying it. Like it's more dramatic.

    He got $10M (roughly £6M) for the Jones fight. Can't imagine he got more than that anywhere else.

    After his stint with that dancing crap a prime time fight in wales could do very very well on Sky PPV....i wont rule out a comeback just yet.

    Hope he stays reitred though
