Love him or hate him, he retired years ago and yet he's still one of the most talked about fighters.

If Calzaghe made a comeback, the whole world would tune in.

I appreciate him now a lot more that he has gone, but I do think ward would beat him.

Hope he stays retired now - if he came back after so long out Im fairly certain he'd lose his 0

Like other boxers who were underrated - they become more appreciated after they retire and a few years go by

    e.g. Lennox Lewis

I hope he does comeback. Not bothered if he loses his 0, I'd rather see a good fight and I think a fight with Ward would be very interesting and a Froch fight would sell **** loads over here if he beats Bute.

Other than those fights there isn't anything else out there for him though, perhaps maybes a BHop rematch which has lost its appeal more recently.

I'm normally against comebacks but Calzaghe has only been retired two years, doesn't look punchy or unfit and and could probably get into good fighting shape no problem.

Its a way better fight than anything else out there for Ward.

I think Calzaghe would gladly lose that 0 on his record for a million pounds.

  14. He's been retired 3 and a half years mate. A long time out the ring. He is in decent shape but I saw a video of him hitting the pads recently and he looked sloppy as ****.:rofl
