Whats unexplainable about it? Hopkins is a man I feel empathy with, Calzaghe isn't. Simple.

 

Is that empathy for his robbery, his trashtalking or his cheating tactics?

It's not the trash talking itself it's the fact I know he couldn't come up with any of that off the cuff so is making these scripted press releases. You wait for the weigh in. He'll be back to his good old "at the end of the day" style quips. Swish.
