I would plug in Lacy at #3 because of the dominant style of that win and the fact that Lacy was still an undefeated world champion.

    1. Kessler
    2. Hopkins
    3. Lacy
    4. Eubank
    5. Roy Jones
    6. Mitchell
    7. Veit
    8. Bika
    9. Reid (a fight against an unhearalded fighter that alot of people thought Joe lost)

When a shot fighter ranks that high it shows how pathetic a resume is.

Jones shouldnßt be in the top5, more in the lower top10 imo.

Hindsight is a wonderful tool isnt it? Veit before his first loss to Joe had fought NO ONE OF ANY NOTE. Joe fought him again just so he could keep his precious WBO bauble. The best names on his ledger after that was an ancient Charles Brewer and Inkin whom he lost to who was also Joes mandatory. Inkin himself also has a glittering record full of nobodies. Speaks volumes about the WBO mandatories. No one yet has been able to tell me how or why Freeman Barr ever became the 168 number 1 with the WBO either... That guy was so woefully bad that even Frank wouldnt make that bout..

As for the Bika fight that was a marking time bout that NO ONE was interested in. It was also a horrible performance in a foul filled affair. Hardly a great let alone good win. Apart from beating Jaidon Condrington in a stunning affair last year who exactly was Bika?!?!?!?!!?

like i said, number 1 contenders in the division at the time, veit was 30-0 i believe before he fought, im not saying he was a good fighter, just wasn't a bum either.

He was the mandatory, I don't see anyone on here arguing he was a ATG, so why don't you calm the **** down mate.

Veit wasnt a bum. But the 2nd fight NEVER should have happened. Neither is he a top 10 worthy win either though. If he is then it says much about Joes opposition or lack off..

It's a top ten win when you've fought a lot of bums. And at the time Veit was the mandatory and unbeaten, Joe took him out quickly and thats the end of that.

I think it speaks volumes that you couldn't even come up with ten fights.
