u only just noticed the poor stamina?! u should watch a few more of his fights, even his 3 and 4 rounders. he is langid loose and has no spark. his resistance is also bad but not that bad, his defence is terrible. thats his downfall.

 

Looking at the cruiserweight rankings on boxrec, Stephen Simmons ranked 7th in UK.

Where does he push on from here, Alex Morrison said in an interview today that hes 29 and turned pro late so has to quickly push on. I'm hoping Simmons was just ring rusty and too hyped up.

At the moment I'm not sure he would cope with those ranked above him domestically. Top 4 ranked are Ovill McKenzie, Ola Afolabi, Tony Bellew, Nathan Cleverly.

 

domestically cruiserweight is **** for us. ovil who was beaten by bellew who as beaten by cleverley, triangles with not one man standing out. and honestly although i think cleverley and bellew are better p4p than simmons, they dont belong at cruiser and will be found out at british to european level.
