    To me this is bizarre and just kind of decided the fight

    what do you guys think, good call bad call

    never saw the fight itself was there other **** going on that made the ref feel obligated to take a point

    It was a **** call, but there was a sort of karma in it. Camacho had not outright won a fight against a prime opponent in years, and he was getting a lot of close decisions based on his undefeated attraction status.

    Camacho won the fight, and I am not saying otherwise, but basically, he was not a great fighter since the Rosario fight, when he became terrified of taking a punch.

    Remember the hype for the Chavez fight when they showed commercials saying that Camacho was undefeated despite this loss? Proof positive that Camacho at this time was nothing but clever promoting and a train of hype.

    that said he took his beating like a man in the Chavez fight. A lot of man would've quit between rounds

    Totally agreed. I think in the post fight interview Chavez gave credit to Camacho for his objective toughness.

    But there is no doubt that Camacho degraded the sport by cherry picking fights and barely winning them, perhaps not really winning them at all accept for influenced judges.

    I just find it hard to feel sorry for the man.

    Now that's the era boxing was at is best...
    There was no crying for money or cherry picking opponents...
    Camacho won the fight regardless.

    That was a terrible decision by the ref to do that ****. Bad move.
