News at the ESB front page. He will have to be moved along quickly since he's 32, do you think he can make it to to Wlad? I think he would beat Arreola even with no pro fights.
So? Wlad murders everyone right now. I think Camarelle would be a more interesting opponent than most.
He's just been beaten for a second time by a 40 fight amateur novice who has bad timing and no footwork. I'm not sure he is above euro level and at 32 age isn't on his side
That was no robbery man. Savon was robbed, Camerelle was beaten. I didn't even give Camerelle the 3 point advantage he had going into the 3rd. I thought the fight was closer than that and Joshua had been landing the better punches while Camerelle hit a lot of shoulders. Just so happens the judges thought the same when they scored it a second time and saw Joshua having a bigger lead than they scored during the bout. I bet you're one of those guys that calls the Lewis v Mercer fight a robbery too aren't you?
even if he was "robbed" in the olympic final (he wasn't) He lost fair and square to Joshua at the worlds 6 month ago
With him being already 32, he won't have the chance to pad his record excessively. Hopefully he'll take on legitimate opponents soon. Not sure how his style translates to the pros. I don't see him getting a force in the division to be frank.
Cammarelle is not turning pro, if you actually read the article. The Scene is the boxing equivalent of a tabloid, they lie in the headline and then the article itself doesn't back up what's written in the headline. The article says that Cammarelle won't be fighting at the 2016 Olympics, that doesn't mean he's turning pro, as he already has a full time job with the Italian police.
i think he needs time, time which he dont have. He was gassed in round 3 of the olympics, he has to fight 12 as a pro
