What da hell is GBD, WBC, ODLH, Canelo, and the sport of boxing's problem? Has there been any fighter who has fought at catchweights more than Saul Alvarez? ...maybe Pacquiao, but this is ridiculous the dude fights anywhere but 154 and 160, they making a mockery of boxing! Can't believe many of you fans are supporting this by not speaking out against it!

You know what scared is to me, coming in the ring rehydrated to 175 yet scared to fight at 160...

Canelo is given a pass for anything he does or does not do.

Even Golovkin doesn't come in that heavy and he fights at the full 160 limit

Yet some still calling GGG a cherry picker for picking on poor little "Jr Middle" Canelo.

The problem is, fans are stupid and are often hypocrites. Canelos fans see no problem with Canelo-weight. GGG fans saw no issue with 164, Floyd fans had no issue with 152, or Pac fans watching Pac fighting bum-a$$ Margarito at 150.

Blame the fans, not the fighters. If you (meaning any fan) were a fighter and you knew you could get some advantages going in to a fight...you would take it too. Whether it be a ring size that benefits you, catchweight, rehydration clause, etc. (Of course all these couch warriors would be like "Naw man, eff that, I'd do old school. I ain't no pu$$y")

GGG should fight only fight at 158

    Andre Ward at 171

    Klit at 240

It's a JOKE the sport is doomed.

It's a dumb quote too. If Canelo is comfortable at 155, good for him... but wtf does that have to do with the other guy needing to be 155? It's garbage.

But you know what? Canelo fans support it, so as I have said 100 times, if GGG wants Canelo it be at 155. I don't even give a sh*t about some dumb title either. A catchweight should only be used in situations where there is a MINIMUM of 2 weight divisions between the two, and both fighters are considered the best. Everything else is trash.

pac is a natural 140 lbr imposing cachweights at 147 and once at 154 whereas canelo is a natural 168/175 lbr imposing catchweights at 160. canelo should just ditch the belt and just state clearly that he fights for money only so he can fight at any weight he demands.

Golovkin should accept the 155 CW, under the stipulation that there be a 168lb rehydration clause.

Golovkin would knock Canelo out inside the first 30 seconds.:lol::lol:

As long as the system is open to abuse, there will always be those who abuse and exploit it. Ask Canelo to be at the contracted weight 2 weeks, 1 week and 3 days before the fight, and he will have to fight at super middle weight where he belongs.

Pacquiao wasn't bad for catch weights. No worse than Mayweather.

:patsch O$CAR's trying to protect his "GOLDEN GOOSE", hoping to delay/postpone/never...

allowing Canelo to meet GGG until old age tarnishes GGG's ability.

Now we wait to hear WBC's decision on enforcing the mandatory clause in Conelo's contract.

Canelo is a full blown middleweight as shown by the fighting weight when he enters the ring.

This is all BS having nothing to do with the "Sport"... it's all about "MONEY", and controlling the belt. WBC's hands are dirty to so we wait to see of they can weasel out.
