If I dropped my hands and subsequently got knocked down to the canvas and counted out, the last thing I do is complain about it.

If I talk every single opportunity I get about what is wrong with Boxing, the last thing I do is fail to make weight.

If I get headbutted and suffer a cut, and apparently see spots, I bring it to the doctors attention. I do not shout at my corner yelling for the fight to be stopped.

Like I've said before, and this is the last time I repeat myself, the nature in which Campbell protested indicates to me that he was playing opportunist that night. Fair enough, but that along with all of the other misfortunes in his career are beginning to irritate the **** out of me. Don't waste so much energy on trying to be a spokesperson for Boxing, just make weight and fight to the best of your abilities.

If you break into someone house, and the owner of that house starts shooting at you, misses and hits the guy that lives across the street you would be charged with that shooting...If you hadnt broke into the house the guy would have had no reason to shot at you thus the guy across the street would have never been hit...

Even if the fight was stopped because Campbell claimed he couldnt see and not because of the cut it was from the same headbutt. Without the headbutt there is no eye problem..

Bottomline is the officials knew that they ****ed up the call which is why they will now have instant replay available in the case of a cut that may have been from a head butt, and why the fight was over turned.

But I will say this...arguing with a moron isnt a good thing to do, for people at a distance cant tell which is which...:hi:

He told the doctor that he saw spots and the fight was then consequently stopped. The other things you've mentioned don't really hold any merit to Nate's credibility in context to this debate.

Jim Gray: So Nate what happened, why'd you quit?

    Campbell: My eye was broken.

Jim Gray: Eye was broken? What do you mean?

    Campbell: Retinal.

The commission knows this, and they overturned it. Obviously they feel the head butt was the reason he could not see.

I am glad it got over turned and ruled correctly.
I watched the fight and saw it as it happened.

    I want a rematch.
And I don't care who wins. But not by a head but. (liek Holt Torres - wtf head but of the century)
We all know Campbell isn't an early starter
So what little we saw I expected.

I'm happy that boxing rectified some of its mistakes... The NC ruling is the correct one because of the headbutt which was the root cause of Campbell's eye injury...

    Is a rematch a must??

I don't care if there's a rematch or not... Each boxer can move on without that rematch... but if there's one then fine, I'm interested to see it...

Alot of people that were looking right at the situation don't know this. Why would the dumbest commission in boxing?

This is CLEARLY just too much to process for some of folks..
