Campbell Hatton loves an omelette

His fights look fixed to me. He looks like his punches have the same Level of technique as a white collar fighter yet people are falling over at the first crack. He looks woeful and it’s a waste of an undercard slot in all honestly cos he’s going absolutely nowhere

 

Campbell being so high on DAZN bills engaging in these glorified exhibitions really shows the lack of depth these days within Matchroom. No wonder Eddie Hearn doesn't care about promoting drug cheats anymore, he's desperate.

 

Will do the same routes as Benn, completely swerve British and Euro and fight against a washed up old pro to prove they are then 'above' that level. Imagine putting him with a proper live opponent, the lad could get seriously hurt. I'd say even some of the good white collar/semi pro lads beat him quite easily.

Matchroom has moved Campbell Hatton from "Before the bell" to the "Main Card".

In fact, I feel sorry for him and think it's a shame. All that pressure on his young shoulders.

Whether the last 2 - 3 opponents are bought to lose I don't know, but I wish him all the best.

 

He was on the main card in his first 2-3 fights right? So he's just going back to his roots

He's not really learning anything with these kind of fights is he? At least he's not getting schooled beyond belief by Spanish barmen who fight once in a blue moon, that and the subsequent robbery and Hatton meltdown I'll never forget.

 

strange that Hearn doesn’t realise that it’s counter productive to show all these nepo babies’ fights right from the beginning. they are literally still learning how to box, their novice struggles are amplified and give negative first impressions.

imagine if this was Hatton Jr’s first broadcast fight, and we didn’t see him rob a waiter from Valencia catching the Easyjet over right after his shift

 

Considering they show the beat cards in the industry how bad must the others be.

 

Just turned 22 tbf no need to rush into anything but I haven’t seen anything special in him to suggest he’ll ever be world level….there is that pressure of always being compared to the old man which I dont think ever helps.

Maybe a few more fights away from competing for British title. Adam Azim is in his weight class isnt he?
