Won't get past middle rounds with Coyle being stopped.

Both fighters will make decent coin but technically are frankly levels apart.

Cant blame people for getting the best out of the media ect for exposure but everything tommy put in the local rag and on radio ect was about Luke from his debut onwards. Think Lukes getting fed up with it and just cant wait to put it to bed

Campbell is levels above Coyle and will dismantle him when he feels like it...take nothing away from Coyle though he is a real good kid and never in a boring fight but Campbell needs pushed on much much quicker imo,i been saying that for ages but its just not happening.....its 3 years since Olympics and almost nothing has happened,he is in danger of ending up 30 years old and left behind !!

does a 27/28 year old Olympic gold medalist really need 3-4 years to get a domestic belt?

on a plus side i think he has been fighting with a lot more spite and venom in last couple of fights,he looks frustrated to me...

I genuinely feel he in many ways resents the Coyle fight and would rather fight a level above. The pushing for the fight has come from Tommy's side rather than Luke's who I really believe would have bypassed it if it wasn't the pressure from Eddie and co .

Yep, Campbell really needs to get himself on the world scene after he beats Coyle, obviously he ihas big family problems at the moment but he is one that needs to be fast tracked even if it is a bit of a risk, don't think Hearn will though, he seems to like to wrap his fighters in cotton wool and eventually get them into a mandatory position

fighting the calibre of fighters he has been has been doing him no favours imo...not so much the last couple but the ones before seemed to be dragging him down a lot...i thought at the time an Olympic champ needs to be in with a much better classs of boxer just to hone his skills more and the pro game, even just 6-8 rounders

anyway hopefully after Coyle he move to British/Euro level asap

Different Levels. Coyles pretty tough but I see Cambell stopping him. I think Cambell needs to seriously step up the opposition in the next 18 months if he does have realistic world title ambitions.

The extra ticket sales should certainly help finance the event. As well saying that the KC Stadium is owned by Hull City Council so wouldn't be surprised if they will subsidise the show as there is genuine interest in the city.

Can't see it being PPV but you never know with Matchroom / Sky.

I like Coyle and I actually think he's underrated by most on here. I can't see him lasting the rounds with Campbell though. Campbell is a special talent and has the ability to beat anyone at the weight.

campbell probably does have resentment towards coyle because he knows hes way better but coyle's done a lot to promote himself and promote this fight.

if campbell doesn't respect coyle for what coyle's done to get himself to the point where this is a stadium fight then hes an idiot. its not like campbell has done anything of note as a performer in and out of the ring as a professional to get this fight to the level it is. hes still living off his gold medal win that was 3 years ago now, coyle's actually kept him relevant in a weird way because if luke didnt have a local rival he'd probably be fighting some bull**** opponent.

so i doubt that hes that upset at getting a big payday for what should be an easy nights work.

    Spot on. :good

Luke has ZERO charisma. He couldn't give a fight away, let alone sell one.

Easily the dullest Boxer in Britain. Like a 50 year old in a 20 year olds body.

Coyle deserves every penny he gets and more for this fight.

It wouldn't surprise me if this was made a PPV, we all know what Eddie is like

Back to the fight I can't see it lasting longer than 4 rounds, I think Coyle will be starting fast and looking to catch Campbell early, which will be a disaster for him and Campbell will hit his Feather chin and it will be game over. He has a heart of a Lion but his chins is suspect and especially against a brilliant technician like Campbell
