    He's got the scalps of:

    2x Karo Murat
    2x Beibut Shumenov
    1x Tavoris Cloud
1x Hugo Hernan Garay (beat Brahmer)

Not only did he beat all of these guys but he kicked their asses without breaking a sweat (I haven't seen the Garay fight yet to be fair). Campillo is ridiculously slick and fast for a LHW; some compare him to Martinez except he's way taller than any of his opponents. His punches come from all angles and nobody has been able to dodge them effectively yet.

Only Dawson and Hopkins have better resumes.

Don't forget he got a gift over Beibut Shumenov, too. In Shumenov's own home town, oddly enough.

    People always forget that.

They have never had a fair decision between them. A rubbermatch would be an actual tiebreaker - both officially and unofficially.

Yep, I just hope he can get another shot as he really really deserves it instead of being moved into high-risk/low-reward category.

Yeah great point...just add to your "point", my uncle without his sack would be my aunt. Maybe had he avoided getting put on his ass twice in the first round and putting it in cruise control giving away the last two rounds, he'd have one less "robbery" on his record. SMFH.

With properly scored fights his resume is better than Dawson's in my opinion.
I'd like to rewatch the first fight, but I had Campillo winning and didn't think that decision could be construed as anywhere near as poor as the rematch.

Did you score it for Cloud?

"Not as bad a robbery" doesn't mean "not a robbery". :good Although fair enough if you scored it for Gabriel. It was close, but IMO Beibut clearly won. It was one of those rare instances of someone doing more than enough to win and not getting the nod at home. Very weird.

Cloud is black, so what do you think?

I thought Cloud won 4,5,11,12 and obviously the 1st 10-7. Several rounds were close, Campillo would do good work then have spells if doing next to nothing. I thought he dominated 6 rounds, there were 2-3 that were close where both guys had moments that could of been scored either way, then 3 that Cloud won pretty clear. I mean it was a close fight but when you get dropped twice and give away two rounds you have no reason to ***** about what "happened".

Campillo didn't officially lose the first fight with Shumenov. He got the decision in Kazakhstan
