Can 2008 beat 2007?

Now obviously 2007 was the best year for great matchups, probably, for the last 10 years. And 2008 looks to be great too, but I just dont think it can quite match up to 2007 in terms of matchups and events.

We already have some great matchups, like Taylor-Pavlik 2, and Pac-Marquez.

But PBF probably wont fight this year, let alone fight Cotto. Calzaghe-Bhop sounds great, but is a bit of a foregone conclusion even if it does materialise.The superstars like BHop, Mosley and DLH are almost finished.

So what potential matchups would put2008 on a par with 2007?
