There is no way Spence should be in there over AJ

Not doing the best job of promoting BT boxing there

Could have plugged the khan fight by saying if he beats Crawford and also saying Fury is more boring to watch than AJ

    Could’ve plugged BJS as well...

Fair enough for being honest though...

The p4p list doesn't mean **** anyway, the guy at number 3 blatantly lost two fights to the guy at number 6.

At the end of the day pound for pound ratings are just one person's view on who the best fighters are if you pretend they are all the same size. It's not a tangible thing like a title that you can win by beating someone. It's an abstract concept that even after the top half dozen becomes hopelessly subjective.

The UK has two fighters who are the recognised top dogs in their division (Joshua and Smith), 3 guys who may well be the best fighter if they get the chance to show it (Taylor, Warrington and Fury), and another chap who has undeniable elite level talent if he gets into shape physically and mentally (Saunders).

The state of play is strong and healthy. Pontificating over if and where our best guys fit into made up lists is pretty pointless.

AJ needed to beat either Usyk, Wilder or Fury to be up therre regardless of whether he fought Miller or not, because Miller will never be anywhere near a top 20 P4P fighter.

Khan was never a top 10 P4P fighter and Yarde is nowhere near any elite Brit fighters.

How many Brits have cracked the top 10 P4P fight lists in the past and would they crack the top 10 P4P now?

Anthony Joshua if he was American would already be in the top 10 P4P.

However give him another 2 years of complete dominance he will just edge in...according to those who judge this who are always US/south american bias in their ratings.

Callum Smith should be able to get in there with 1 more top world class win

For what its worth... Boxrec already has AJ at 4 and Callum Smith at number 8 in their p4p rankings

AJ is a very good boxer, f**king exceptional at times, the way he dealt with Povetkin, after an earlier wobble, was as clinical as you like. He definitely belongs on the top 10.

If shot to smithereens Khan can somehow manage to defeat the P4P top 5 ranked Crawford then he's top 10 for sure and Khan would've been top 3 if Floyd had managed to inflate his plums to take the Khan challenge back when the former was in the midst of his prime and that's a FACT, btw.

If Yarde beats Kovalev then he becomes a world champion. Another FACT.

He has ZERO chance so what's the point in talking about it lol. Huge mismatch.

I give him 0.1 chance because Crawford has already been knocked out on the cobbles by the lightning quick GRJ and wobbled down to his soul and had his mind sent into another dimension for 60 seconds by an innocuous love tap from the tiny Cuban leprechaun Gamboa who like GRJ and Khan also possesses blazing fast hands.

In my time we have had Hamed,Lewis,Hatton,Calzaghe and briefly Froch and Frampton.

The first four were solid and in and around the rankings for years.
