i dont think a whole deal about lee, and the only time iv watched bunema was when he fought Martinez a couple of years ago so does he have a chance in this fight, i have seen journeymen give lee a good go. Craig mcewan had him beat going into the final round, lee is by no means outstanding, some1 fridge level who does not know how to take a step back and applies the correct ammount of pressure would beat lee. so does bunema fit the bill?
It's the year of upsets especially at middleweight it seems. In boxing it's always a 2 horse race so sometimes the underdog is worth a punt. I won't be betting on this though.

McEwan wasnt ahead on the cards and he was pretty ****ed going into the final round. The only thing you have right is that Bunema is a tough ****er, but he is a lot smaller than Lee and probably past his sell by date.
To be fair, he did get beat by vera who can at this stage be classed as a journeyman. Also, although he was not losing against McEwan going into the last round he was losing it going into the second last. He said it himself, he was losing and got lucky
I think you need to look a little close at what both of us have said on this thread mate. Vera's record going into the Lee fight was 15-1. Not really the record of a journeyman. He has lost to some good quality guys since the Lee fight but also beat Demers and Mora which shows he is no mug and its definately doing him a massive diservice to call him a journeyman. True, McEwan couldnt miss Lee from rounds 2 thru 6 but its nonsense to say "Craig mcewan had him beat going into the final round". McEwan picked himself up off his arse in the 9th and looked ready for the taking "going into the final round".

Even if Lee was just ''Euro level'' would there be any shame in it? Only a very small percentage of boxers win a world title, most are destined for a level below that. You sound like a person who knows **** all about boxing besides watching the big names on ppv. Lee might not be world class, but to call him trash is bull****.
He isnt trash.. Also the term world class is a matter of opinion. I rank most top 10 fighters in any division as world class as they are in a sense world class boxers and athletes. I get the impression that you only rank maybe 3 or 4 boxers in total as world class....
