He has to get Knocked the **** out! NO HW boxer currently possesses the tools needed to beat Vitali by decision. (Like I said unless it's another fighter named Klit)
I agree Wlad is probably the only hw that can beat Vitali right now. But in Vitali's prime I'd go with Vitali beating Wlad.
I suggest that you try watching a Vitali fight sometime. Based on your comments it is evident that you've never seen him fight lol Solis would get sparked against Boytsov, Povetkin, Adamek, Arreola, Chambers, Chagaev (2-time Savon Conqueror, and a younger/better version of Savon) would beat Solis. Vitali would kill him. Solis should just focus on getting a Mcdonald's endorsement, do some commencials or something so that when he retires in a couples years he can have free food from there, he'll be set for life! Solis in 2013 after one year of retirement. This content is protected
Long has been knocked out more than once. Looks as if Solis has lost some weight, according to the picture above.
The way Vitali looked against KJ, anything is possible. Solis has power and if he gets in some sort of shape, u will see Lewis vs. VK again.

My friend, I have seen Vitaly plenty of times! I keep saying it, he is very slow and all he does is a left jab and right hand, no combos, no left or right hooks and no uppercuts...:bart You have got to be kidding! Arreola beating Solis? DON'T THINK SO!!! Arreola has'nt done " absolutely anything in the amateurs like Solis " that's really a joke! :rofl Boytsov is actually a good prospect but to say he will spark Solis is not known, Solis is an Olympic Gold medalist and 3 Times World Champ...Boytsov's first 14 fights as a pro were against all opponents with losing records ( just look it up )!!! Povetkin is also very good but it's not guaranteed that he will beat Solis...again, Solis is more amateur accomplished... Adamek is just starting as a HV, he was a very good lightheavy but HV's are a very different ballgame...Solis has always been a natural HV... Chambers is also very good but is nowhere compared to Solis' great amateur pedigree and this will be the difference, Solis will " spank " him. Chagaev who? You mean the one that was " frozen " all night long against Wladimir without throwing a single punch? Please...He may have beaten Savon back then on points but Savon also beat him, and even with his " professional " experience...Solis will " manhandle " Chagaev... Vitaly is old, static, slow, one dimensional, predictable and un-skilled...The problem is that 99% of all HV's facing him get " intimidated " with his size and look that's all. A real man with skills that is not afraid of Vitaly can defeat him! Both the K brothers are very lucky to come in an horrible era that's all... If Solis manages to get in better shape, I would say that he will " teach Vitaly a boxing lesson ", but it's just a matter of whether Odlanier is serious enough of becoming Heavyweight World Champ! And I believe that even an overweight Solis is very capable of beating Vitaly! PS, that photo is not funny at all... One last thing, are you Russian or from one of the former Soviet Union countries? You must be as you are always " defending the Eastern European boxers " which is OK I believe. I am Cuban and I am always also defending my Cuban boxers... :good
Black Bill I have no problem with you rooting for your fighters. I root for my fighters too but i'm not ******edly bias about it, that is the difference. Boytsov, Povetkin, Adamek for example are all up and comers who could be very serious players in the division. I would argue with you saying that Solis was a better amateur than Povetkin, Povetkin was insanly successful but even if that were true look at Povetkin since he's turned pro and look at Solis. Solis is a fat slob, tub of goo and Povetkin has been dedicated & serious from day 1. Solis's best wins after 15 fights is Salif and Barrett. Povetkin beat Ahunaya in his 7th fight, Donald 13th, and Byrd just after he lost the belt in his 14th fight. Dimitrenko for example isn't - he'd be lucky if he could attain a Timo Hoffmann gatekeeper type status. Maybe a Luan Krasniqi outside contender status in the absolute best case scenario. Or Vitali Tsypko who i'm a big fan of but he'll never be holding a belt at 168. Solis was a great amateur but even then wasn't unbeatable. Pulev who was a good but not great amateur beat him, Romanchuk beat him more than once, etc. You seem to base your opinion on his current chances largely on his amateur pedigree. Fact is those days are gone and he isn't just out of shape, or even really out of shape but instead Solis is literally obese. So hearing you claim such extraordinary things for him is obnoxious. Lara and Gamboa are examples of Cuban fighters who you can make a real claim and get excited about, just don't be horribly bias. About Vitali i'm not going to debate you but you're wrong. Watch the Williams fight or even his win over your Cuban Gomez. Vitali throws lots of hooks, uppercuts, & non-textbook mixes of the two, a sort of shovel punch. They can all be seen in probably every single fight except the Johnson fight (Kevin that is, watch the Kirk Johnson fight and watch his great uppercut to the body right before the knockdown)
