Is Bute scheduled to fight some bum or are people moaning for no reason?

Also you can't complain about Bute fighting MW's then ask him to fight LHW's.

Peoples who rank Bute #1 are not his hardcore fans! Even us know where to draw the line

Pascal has called Bute the day after his promoter said he would face Cloud, Erdei or Shumenov. Don't believe Pascal when he plays games.

Pascal receives lots of money from HBO so I don't think it's a good time for him to make that fight.

Johnson is the best choice, even better than Pavlik, because we'll be able to compare perfromances against him. I think Johnson has no chances against Bute though. The editing of the sparring session between Bute and Johnson had for goal to hype Johnson and even in it, he touches Bute only once. When Bute knows his opponents, it's game over.

At least until he faces top 3 opponents. Let's hope we'll see Kessler-Bute in the future.

Mr JoeAverage happy to see you back on the forum. I hope you have an answer for me on the thread that BatTheMan started about the 750k offered to Kessler...i really want to know why Bute needs so badly to fight Kessler that he should accept any offer.

ontopic: since KP and Kessler ducked Bute i think Glen Johnson should be his next opponent....forget mw ot lhw...Bute clearly said he wants to clean the smw before GOING UP

Is that so? Care to tell when and where he said this and provide sources?
    When? Where? Sources?

The problem with statements, such as the above quoted, is that too many read and repeat such statements and consequently believe it as fact. The more frequently something is said on the net, the more sheep will follow it to its factual conclusion.

    Why?

Because Bute is the most unproven of the supposed top. Bute's stake there is all based on feelings and how he looks against lesser fighters.

He needs a top guy much more than they need him. Kessler, Froch, Ward are all way way more proven and Bute's will go down in history as a speck on the pages og boxing history if he doesn't do something about it. That he doesn't have any major wins is ok, but that he hasn't even fought anyone - win or lose... means that he will not even be in the story then boxing history is written.

Surely you agree that Bute should get his act together and challenge himself before he is too old. He is 31-32 years old now....

Imagine he stays at his current level of opposition and his best win is Andrade. How do you think history will look at Bute's resume?
