Can anybody tell me who guy in this film is?

I think their is a strong resemblance to Woods, but the dates are problematic. Woods appears to have been a terrific fighter.
As for the chest hair, Hollywood liked to use the razor a lot, right up to the 50's. William Holden, often bared his torso and had to regularly shave his chest
The Hays Code, were moral guidelines in films which ran from 1930 - 68. This was to protect us, the public, by our "betters", from being corrupted!
Countless films were censored as a result. Hairy chests, ridiculous as it seems, came under this.
Everything changed post 1968. William Holden, free at last, appearing hirsute in 69's "The Wild Bunch".
