Was it a fix? Did they cut the rounds short? I can't find much info on the fight, other than Williams being a former rugby player or something who was beating cans.
The fight was set for a scheduled 12 but was changed to a 10 rounder without Bothas knowledge. SBW won the early rds based on his youth, and athleticism but old Botha was getting to him late and had him more or less out one his feet during the later rounds. SBW held on for dear life(which the ref allowed as much as one possibly could) between that an the fight being cut short there was definitely something fishy going on behind the scenes..... Afterwards Botha 'failed' a drug test as well. Which despite his history seems questionable.
