Difference in payments between Arreola on one side (150.000) and Martin/Breazeale on the another side (millions) considering the same level -HW championship. I can not understand, but I don't live in a wealthy country. I am serious 100 %...Thank you in advance...
Joshua sells out in seconds, Wilder doesn't sell out. For Martin to come over Hearn payed over the odds, because getting Joshua a belt makes him that much more marketable, essentially an investment for the future.
Wilder is a clear fake champion beating up on bums, with a very limited fan base. Joshua is a big dog in UK boxing and far more followed and supported internationally despite only being champion for 5 seconds. If Wilder wants to become more marketable PERHAPS just PERHAPS he might want to consider flying over to Russia and fighting the Pov, a guy he shamelessly ducked as I predicted. Or PERHAPS just PERHAPS he could face Wlad, Fury or Joshua... But we all know he likes a steady source of moderate income rather than cashing out now and losing that steady source of income
Has anybody noticed how Deontay Wilder has the balance and co-ordination of two Japanese flyweights sitting on each others shoulders in a body suit? HANG ON A MINUTE!!! http://theredlist.com/media/databas...crime/1960/columbo/006-columbo-theredlist.png
Joshua has won a competitive title (olympics) and Hearn is very clever in building him up. through having him bulldoze former gatekeepers and people with padded 0 records. When he wins he does it well For Wilder the formula is easy. Fight somebody good, do it well and people will get excited. People are idiots when it comes to believing hype but not that stupid
There is no doubt that Joshua has broken out into the mainstream sporting audience in the UK. Same can't be said about Wilder in the US
Martin and Breazeale don't have to do anything because of that. They earned the fortunes, but poor Arreola didn't...USA should have never separated from UK...
Martin made millions but I doubt Breazeale did. Martin had the title while Breazeale bought nothing to the table. But I'm certain Breazeale made a lot more than Arreola did. It's pretty clear Joshua has crossed over into mainstream success in the UK in a sport that is only growing in popularity. While Wilder is a bit part player in a sport that is declining at all levels apart from the very top.
Unfortunately, I had forgotten where I read about Breazeale payment, but it could be more than million. Frankly, I am not sure...excuse me because of that...
