Can anyone explain Olympic scoring?

    how long has this rule been in effect kolya?
    and does it apply to people in the gym who havent had an am or pro fight?
    I have a feeling this rule is broken way more often than its followed

    The rule gets broken all the time. Who else are top level amateurs supposed to train with?
