i think Khan is getting bad advice, imo Mayweather will NEVER fight him..

Khan brings nothing to the party,
    No belt,
    No fanbase,
    No real PPV buyers
    and is quite dangerous!!

nevermind ,there is always Algieri :yep:yep

Khan is a pretty high profile fighter and he is from a country with a big boxing fanbase in the UK. Also I think Floyd sees him as a an easy fight.

I think if Khan puts another good win or two together, Floyd may fight him - easy money.

Khan doesn't have a big fanbase. Couldn't sell out his last fight in the UK.

Being well known doesn't mean you have a large fanbase.

I never said he did, read my post properly. I said UK hs a large boxing fan base. If Khan fights Floyd - they will watch, even if they are not Khan fans.

I think it would do poor numbers myself, Khan has been hidden away on BoxNation and has been really inactive over the last few years.

Because Mayweather used to drop hints that he would fight him. He even fan a poll.

But I agree with you - he is getting some bad advice as it seems unlikely that Mayweather would fight him.

A good win or two will get him back up there though.

I think there is about a 20% chance of this fight happening within the next 18 months

he is defo more popular in his own head than he is in the real world

    Agreed with you and OP.

If Floyd beats Manny he will face, in my opinion, Alvarez.

A rematch (another one) against a young lion who is massively popular.

Yeah, agreed. Forgot all about Miguel in all honesty.

Cotto should've faced Alvarez - that'd have been huge!

In terms of name/danger/ranking, Bradley is ahead of Khan at WW. Khan should face him if he doesn't face Brook.

I think that Khan has been 'flattered' by being in that poll with Maidana as an opponent for Floyd, and that Floyd was just playing games with him.
