    This would have been manslaughter. Froch would have been apprehended postfight and jailed in Vegas. Now we know why Chavez Jr's handlers have been shielding him like this.

    It would have been a mismatch no doubt. Why anyone thought Chavez Jr actually had a chance was beyond my understanding. Chavez Jr only fights one way and trying to trade with Froch would have only ended in a painful beating.

    Chavez Jr. has never been ready for a fight and he showed is again last night. If he really wants to dedicate himself, he should let his father take over the training of him.
