Joshua has much better boxing skill than Whyte and Joyce, both Whyte and Ortiz would toy with Joyce, he hasn`t fought anyone with any talent yet.

AJ a lot more skilled than Povetkin, who is as old as Ortiz and it showed against Price, AJ would have taken care of Price without much trouble at all.

The thread is about Ortiz not Joyce.

And no, theres nothing to suggest Whyte or Ortiz toys with Joyce.

    What opponents suggest that?

Grandpa Ortiz? LOL Come on man, this dude is SO overrated. He's got a serious high blood pressure problem, and he's pushing 50.

This geriatric boxer hasn't really beaten anyone of note anyway. There are plenty of top rated HWs who would knock him into next week. Joshua obviously, but also Dillion Whyte would make short work of this fraud.

Ortiz is old and will gas late. He is pretty vulnerable then. And it's getting only worse.

He`s wide open, he has no skill at all, Usyk schooled him in his very last amateur bout, he was all over the place.

People forget that Ortiz is the most I repeat most feared man in boxing...

Really I'm pretty surprised Wilder fought him given how feared Ortiz was..

Wilder must have stones the size of dump trucks to get in the ring with him...

Again Joyce wasn't really a good amateur which sounds crazy as didn't have get a silver?

But anyway he has clearly improved quite a bit since then and a 12 round pro fight is different

Oddly enough I wasn’t sold on Ortiz until I seen against Wilder, couldn’t see past those awful showcase fights with Malik Scott and Allen but he showed v Wilder that the Malik Scott thing was purely to do with Scott running.
Given his age,not unlike Golovkin he needs a good dance partner that believes he can win and go toe to toe with him and in that respect he has to be up there with the best to the point where I’d fancy him beat Wilder on another day and like wise with Joshua he could fight him twice and win one, lose one.
Don’t see any deterioration from age ..
