Mayweathers only way to beat matthysse is if he somehow makes it to round
12 being slippery .. and even then matthysse has improved a lot since the zab and devon fight so that might not even work for floyd

If Angulo hits anyone right on the chin, lights out, the only reason he was able to get to Lara was because they fought on a very small ring, I'm sure if Floyd fights Angulo it will be in a ring the size of times square, do your homework
Triangulo theories don't work in boxing, keep watching and learn, the Angulo that fought Lara that day could had wipe the floor with any 154 pounder in the world in the same conditions that Lara was...

I thought Lara fought a good fight, he showed he is tough and can throw volume punches with power behind them. One of the best fights this year, right?

I try to based my statements on facts and as far as I know if you watch some of Mayweathers 130 fights leading up to Corrales its' on video they talk about it clear as day, With them speaking on trainers saying why would they put there fighter in with Mayweather for almost an assured loss and hurt there drawing power when they could avoid him and make more money by remaining champs.

Lara really has no chance against Floyd.

I hate sounding like I'm ragging on a world-class fighter, which Erislandy is, but he's not a P4P caliber talent like I constantly see him talked up as and he's certainly shown me nothing that suggests he'd take more than 3 rounds off of Floyd. Entirely different class of fighter.

plenty at 147 and 154 that are greater than mayfield and berto. the champions and mandatories are all willing. ggg is willing to come down. just fight on even playing field with a good ref and unbiased judges outside vegas and floyd will become very beatable.

I think that several guys could beat him if he didn't get help from the ref and was penalized for excessive holding.

Boxing fans are so hypocritical. They ask a 38 year old Mayweather who is about to be in retirement to fight a young fighter who is in or closer to there prime than Mayweather. If it was any other fighter, you guys would be ok with it and say "oh he's old so lets give him a break". But no, boxing fans have to hold Mayweather to different standards than everyone else.

You're da mn right we do. He's the best of this generation and we'd be stupid not to ask him to push himself as far as he can go. The only guy south of 168 that has any hope against him is Golovkin.

I think Floyd can beat GGG.

Why wouldn't we ask him to try for all time greatness?

Everyone else south of 168 he easily outboxes.
