Google "Elijah Muhammad American Nazi Party" .... you'll find he was on speaking terms and in correspondence with George Lincoln Rockwell, the crackpot self-proclaimed Fuhrer of the American Nazis.
Google image search and you will see uniformed Nazis sitting in a "Black Muslim" meeting !

Malcolm X claimed that he was in talks with the KKK on Elijah's bequest !

I assume that the NOI felt the threat of the integrationists ('race-mixers') was a bigger threat to their ideals than the extreme white supremacists, who might be happy to see all the blacks disappear into some 'blacks only' promised land.

yeah I do appreciate you said goals. Doing something in thought and the deed are entirely different lands.

I wont deny that the black Muslim movement was very ugly.

Because he had the courage to stand up for what he believed in and what was just, despite the damage speaking against the conservative political and media establishment caused him.
