ok, I am not saying that Pavlik equals to Tito but I do believe that he is somewhat of a one dimensional. Can B-Hop pull a stuning performance against Pavlik the same way he did against Tito?? Pavlik it's more of a natural middleweight in comparison to Tito but,

What do you think? :huh :huh :huh

    Um, no??

Because the BHop that beat Trinidad is a relic.

  3. I am a fan of both fighters. But being born and raised in the same city as BHOP, I am going with the home team on this one. I would love to see Hopkins beat Pavlik whether it's decisively or contraversial. We'll have to wait and see.

You know what? I actually don't know who to root for... I think Pavlik would be the beting favorite but my gut it's telling me that actually that night we can receive a big surprise.

I would pick the 36 year old Hopkins that beat Tito to beat Pavlik, but this is a 43 year old Hopkins. I still think Hopkins can win a decision if the fight is a 10 rounder...does anybody no for sure yet if its 10 or 12?

Well BHop doesnt fight the style he used back against Tito anymore. Kelly has **** defence at times and Bernard could land one of his beautiful rights that you dont see coming and put put Kelly on the floor for the count. That's not very likely though...

BHop pulled off that performance 7 years ago against a blown up welterweight. In other words, no

I don't think B-Hop can put on another "Tito" performance because of his age, but I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up schooling Pavlik. I just don't see B-hop being stopped by this guy. First of all, he's hard to hit flush...even when he's been hit flush, he's proven that he has a decent chin. If Pavlik wins, I see it as being a replica of B-hop's losses against Jermaine Taylor and Joe Calzaghe: They outwork him but don't land anything flush, while B-hop is less busy but lands the more effective blows. This is how I see the fight playing out, regardless of who wins.

Well... I know that we are talking about the B-Hop who is 43 today but let's keep in mind that we are talking about the man who went up to Light Heavy and beat Tarver.... :deal I don't know... I don't see this as an easy fight for Kelly. :huh

Never count Hopkins out. He's going to come in bigger and stronger than any guy Pavlik's fought up to now. Plus, he's awkward as hell, and Pavlik is completely orthodox. Plus, he's dirty- which never hurts when you're 43. Pavlik's workrate though will be the difference. I'll be shocked if Pavlik ko's Hopkins. He's too hard to hit clean.
