I still feel that even if he gets knocked the **** out by ggg he still has enough to be a star still is young

golovkin has the potential to ruin young canelo very badly so if he gets that fight on with cotto golovkin will be on his heels:hey

If he loses on points(i.e. vs Floyd), it won't be a huge setback on his career. If it's a one-sided fight followed by a no-surprise knock out, he will have to re-establish himself through multiple fights and lose at least 2 years to get to a true star status.

Canelo could lose to a strawweight by KO and he'd still be a superstar. The only way is up for Canelo. He is adored too much.

Well Saul has never been knocked out and he has endured many 12 round fights, so you never know for sure.

I highly doubt GGG would destroy Canelo.

i think canelo has what it takes to go 12 with GGG but only if

    1. he takes a tuneup at 160 and settles into the weight nicely

    2. the shift up to middle helps his stamina somewhat

i mean he is going to be there next year regardless id say given how he needed 155 v angulo (or was it lara??)

canelo wouldn't last with andy lee let alone golovkin

he is unproven at 160 he already is not even a big puncher at 154 or even ww let alone 160

Let's see, after close fights with Trout and Lara whom he couldn't separate himself as being levels above, then the one sided loss to Floyd, getting brutally knocked out by Golovkin only solidifies What I've already known, Canelo is not a superstar and will probably headline maybe 2 or 3 ppv cards in his career...

Canelo would outbox Lee easily. People are really overrating Lee's KO power. I've known this guy since he was an amateur, he isn't all that as a power puncher. He is a far better as a boxer rather than a KO artist.
