I read one article on ESB about 3-4 years ago "Chavez Jr. tries to establish his own legacy" and I said in my post that Chavez Jr. tries to eatablish his own legacy by fighting with bums. Then a mexican boxing fan got upset with me and said that I was as stupid as usual.
Very few people will be as good as Chavez Senior. I wish Junior all the best, though. He gets shitted on a lot, and it’ll be nice to see him become a decent champion to prove everyone wrong. But Arum can’t keep him away from Martinez forever. For him to get at least some respect and be taken seriously, he [Arum] has to put him in with the best middleweight soon (even if he loses from it).
It's highly unlikely, especially since the competition around him so far doesn't compare to that of the Chavez era.
The way Chavez jr won his 'World title' still angers me. I find it very hard to respect him considering the protection and special treatment he receives from the WBC (You'd probably have to KO him to get a draw!). Also the way he walks around with Sergio's belt, and calls himself a 'World Champion' is disgraceful and cannot be forgiven, especially as he won't even fight Sergio
No he won't. I don't expect him to either. He's moving in the right direction finally. Not as bad as people make out.
From a Chavez Jr supporter I think its pretty stupid to even pose the question, probably to just bait another hate thread.
