Can Cotto still become the best Puerto Rican fighter of all time?

    ******ed thread. He'll be lucky to be in the top 10. Were talking about legends like Benitez,Torres, Ortiz, Gomez, Rosario, etc. Thats some tough company

    Dont mean a damn thing if he cant beat Margo in a rematch. He cant be the greatest Puerto Rican fighter ever if in his prime or close to it he allowed a Mexican guy with a chin and decent skill to batter his ass and win on attrition.

    Wilfredo Gomez had the misfortune of getting so full of himself that he blew his moment. He would be 1 but Sanchez' death took care of that. Ortiz was never blasted and fought tough murderous punchers from all over, he was stopped finally as an old balding has-been the way its supposed to be.

    Cotto has to redeem himself Joe louis style by beating Margarito and only a Cotto nutthugger in denial can see it any other way. He has to redeem that stain on his record before he is considerd anything.
