I was rooting for Morales against this kid and I am not sold on him yet.

He is a tough Puerto Rican kid out of Philly with some decent skills and some pop.

There something about him that doesn't make him an apealing fighter.

His pops is an embrresment to all Boricuas, typical getto trash from the HOOD!!

I don't know. I dont like Amir Khan either, but he has some really flashy skills. I think that Danny can hurt him, if he catches him and I think that Danny has the better chin out of the two. Similar to Ortiz vs Lopez.

I guess I am undecided as to who I think is going to win and I am not rooting for anyone as of right now.

Who do you guys think will win and are you excited or interested in this fight? If so Why??

    "Dani" via ko upset

I don't see him being some sort of dominant champ in the future though.

I don't think he will. He's not tight enough to counter-punch Khan as he comes in, and he's never shown himself to be dynamic enough to pressure someone as mobile as Khan effectively. I see Khan taking a decision or a late TKO.

Damn, I thought K-9 was on the undercard of Guerrero/Aydin?

Oh well, glad there is a boxing card this weekend!

But, no, Garcia is going to get tooled by THE KING. . . But the haters will find that one, or two rounds he lost, or maybe one or two pucnhes he took clean, and hate on THE KING.

Upset? You make it seem like Khan is a fukking superstar elite fighter. Khan is a good fighter that made a good comeback and recovery after getting ktfo in the 1st round so I give him credit for that.

Gary Russell bitched out form fighting the undefeated prospect. . .

But he coveniently chose to fight another C level can. . .

Don't get me wrong, I like Russell, but was VERY disappointed he wasn't up for the challnege of another undefeated prospect. . . He's 20 fights deep, plus had an extensive ammy career. . . it's time to start gradually stepping it up; and that fight would have been the right direction.

We see it all too often: Guys who don't gradually step up in competition, and just make a leap from a C level guy to a B+/A- type guy, and get blasted.

Chavez Jr. is the perfect example of how to build a fighter, and progress gradually in level of competition. . Altough he digressed from Zbik to Manfredo. . He then went to Rubio, and Lee. . Gradually increasing difficulty each time.

He should be as ready as he'll ever be for Sergio.
