Don't know a damn things about this guy, except that he's 6'7", so it would be the Clash of the Titans.

no way, not now, but when Dimitrenko is 31 he may be much improved. right now Dimitrenko is a top 25 guy, not a top guy.

Dimitrenko is way past Top 25, I think he is now atleast Top 15.

you gotta be crazy! he went down from a jab by hoffmann! and he isn't really a puncher, he couldn't finish 10 of his 26 first opponents though they were mainly C and D level fighters.

No...he doesn't have the technical skills of Wladimir or the power of Sanders or Brewster. He would likely get outjabbed, outboxed, and knocked out within 5.

Probably not, but with Wlads weak chin you always got a chance.

I believe he could challenge Wlad and put up a competitive fight in a couple of years, if he keeps improving, but not win.

The fight with Danny Batchelder was a struggle which Dimitrenko happened to win. A slightly tougher opponent would have beaten him. He has a long way to go before he has a hope of facing Klitschko as an equal.

I agree, he has a long way to go, but 5 years from now if his health permits, he will be a powerful force, and I do see him with any of the four belts in his professional carrer.

Povetkin might have something to say about that. And there is Boytsov lurking in the shadows. I don't think Dimitrenko can expect an easy career.

Right now Vlad would crush him. Dimi is nowhere near ready for that kind of challenge. Maybe...and it is a big maybe...in a few years. From the clips I saw, while he has size, he does not seem to have the skills, power or athleticism of Vlad. He needs a lot of work.
