Doran has world class recovery powers. I've seen a few times he's been hurt badly and then recovered extremely quickly. He seems to hit fairly hard with either hand. I think he looks much slower than Eubank but he's not going to be coming here to win a decision, he'll be looking for a big shot. Eubank has been caught with left hooks a few times and i can see Doran landing one and who knows. Eubanks chin isn't hard to find at all.

Doran wants exchanges in this fight because he can probably only catch Eubank when Eubank is throwing himself. I'd expect Eubank to control the action with his movement and snappy jab and feints. Eubank is front foot heavy at times and will be attacking with wide hooks and uppercuts from the outside so he's always there to be countered. I give Doran a better chance than anyone Eubank has fought so far because when it looks like Doran is out, he genuinely seems to recover back to 100% within seconds and this means he's going to be very dangerous when they are exchanging punches.

Eubanks power is underrated still though. He made Spike quit after 6 and almost killed Blackwell. He hits hard.

Nah Eubank doesn't hit hard at all, what a silly thing to say! Spike and Blackwell got hurt because of Eubanks skill and accuracy, he landed about a kizillion punches on them.

He carries enough pop to keep his opponents in check.

Dorans powers of recovery are remarkable. He had no right to be getting up at all from that punch from Keeler, it was a finisher...never mind hurting Keeler almost straight away ....which he did. Remarkable.

He's got world class recovery powers for sure. That could be seen from his fight with Maxwell where he got very badly hurt and recovered almost instantly. I thought Keelers corner were poor, screaming at Keeler to go and take Doran out and then Keeler walked on to a big shot. Keeler probably could have won the fight if he had kept his distance but he got very ragged after he got hurt the first time. The check left hook won Doran that fight.

Have to agree with everything you say, sadly including the criticisms of Keelers corner, paschal Collins.
Keeler is a very very heavy handed guy, he really is. But I'm not sure Collins is the right trainer for him. I'm sure Keeler could develop a very powerful jab, and not go power mad like he did, and if he had used that to box his way out of trouble he might have won that fight with Doran.

    No.

    But Eubanks attitude is terrible.

In his words on IFL when asked has he seen anything or watched him, his attitude was like, No why would i need too, he wasnt worried, just rather dismissive, like who is he!

Terrible attitude, he should tell his father to go back to the premiere inn.

I'm not CEJ's biggest fan but this fight is about levels.

I don't care how good Dorans recovery skills are, CEJ won't give him a second to catch a breath if he catches him right.
It's his first fight back at matchroom, they want him to come back with a bang not a 12 round struggle.

Just remember folks that CEJ has yet to win at world level.....there are still questions about him. He should beat Doran.but to totally rule Doran out might be a bit premature......he is no mug.
