No because if Vitali is at his best prior to his retirement we'll never know who is the better of the 2 as they will never fight one another. I doubt either of them will ever hold all 3 major titles as they will want to leave one for the other brother to hold.

Not my idea of a great era in heavyweight boxing when the 2 potentially best fighters not only will never fight each other but don't even have the inclination or desire to do so.But They're brothers so you can't really blame them for that but it doesn't make the situation any better.

Young Klitschko will. Vitali's injuries may prevent him.

If Vitali hits top form and Wlad keeps on as he is, then surely they'll have to meet eventually to decide the number 1 spot and we all know that won't happen.

If Wlad unifies all the titles before Vitali gets hold of one then sure. However, I can't see Wlad taking successive unification bouts on so it won't happen any time soon.

The way the heavywieght division is now its very possible Vitli or Wlad end up holding all the titles.

i'm no klit hater, wlad is one of my favourite fighters right now, and vitali doesn't bother me, but deep down i want him to fail as the chances are if he does well the chances of a true champ will become even smaller.

Ya, even against Ray Austin, you could see he just wanted to get it over with and move on. He wants to unify.

Wlad will - I don't see Vitali doing it.

With Manny in his corner - Wlad will reign for a while.

Let's not discount how dominant Vitali was when he retired. He destroyed Johnson, Williams, Sanders, and gave the ATG Lewis all he could handle.

Vitali, in his own way, is every bit as formidable as Wlad is. He's not as skilled, but he makes up for it with other assets. Never been taken off his feet, and has never been behind on the cards, as well as having what may well be the highest KO percentage in heavyweight history.

Vitali is an immense, tough, and very powerful monster who, overall, may be the best overall heavyweight currently fighting.

Yes! And in my opinion, even not officially crowned. He is undisputed.

There is NOBODY at heavyweight including sam peter that can beat Wlad. Manny has him fighting perfect fights. No one can back wlad into trouble anymore, and he is taking all fights seriously, as he isn't fighting anymore this year. Showing he doesn't want stay busy fights, he just wants the best.
This is how his fights would go
    Wlad tko Holyfield
    Wlad UD chagaev
    Wlad tko ibragimov
    Wlad tko thompson
    Wlad UD peter
    Wlad tko briggs
    Wlad tko maskaev

I think Wlad & Vitali will hold 2 belts each and then Vitali will retire leaving Wlad to unify those belts with whomever is unlucky enough to get them after VK :D

Somebody needs to unify the title belts before we have an undisputed champion. Both Klitschkos have the talent to do so.
