For the truth to be gotten, the said light blue gloves should be taken to the everlast company to verify if that is the standard and condition of a new glove. If they come to the conclusion that the gloves were tampered with, maidana and his team should be fined. Everlast is a reputable company in sports equipment. It would surprise me to know they actually made gloves in that quality and condition. I know floyd is not a likeable person, but rival teams checking out opponents gloves before a fight has always been the norm for a reason. I might not be surprised if some fanatics would not mind if someone came into the ring with a sledge hammer to face floyd. All floyd has said is that he wants a fair fight.
That glove definitely looked tampered with.. It looked like it has been used and broken in already. It just had so much wrinkles in it also. I doubt Everlast will have any word on this. Bad publicity. I don't know how this glove thing works but from what I saw from the video, the guy working for Everlast works with Maidana. I don't know what that means...
The part where Floyd said "We ain't gonna allow nobody to pull no slick bullsh*t" makes it seem like he is implying cheating. Not cool.
The commission has said the blue gloves are illegal. What does that imply? ....... " some slick bullsh1t"....
The commission first approved the gloves until team Mayweather did the inspection ,if anyone Is suspect it's the commission..But than again this is the same commission that approved cheato's wraps before Nazim stepped in
Void doesn't approve of the sealed red gloves either. The glove rep said they were the same gloves used since 2008..............
