Can Floyd beat Mosley using his defensive counter punching style like he did with his previous 3 opponents , he came on late against Oscar , he stayed on the outside and pot shotted Marquez and he used Hattons own aggression and lack of defence to undo him .

Does Shane bring more to the party or will he be another UD on Floyds record ????

It depends on what type of tactics mosley uses. Floyd will adjust accordingly.

Then your a very very un educated boxing fan my friend , Floyd has done this with fighters of a lot less calibre than Mosley , lets be real Marquez tagged him often , even with hands like lead diving weights he managed to tag Floyd .

Floyd has never fought anybody in the league of Mosley , Floyd doesnt deal with pressure very well , he shown that against Castillo , Hatton & JMM (only at times) , and Oscar , if Floyd fights Mosley and wins his output will need to be way higher than its ever been in any previous fight , Mosley is too accurate and too fast for Floyd to pot shot him to a UD , he has a strong engine too , this has been an advantage for Mayweather in all of his last 3 fights , you would give Floyd the nod over every top WW barring Pacquiao for stamina but just slightly over Shane .

I think Shane will give Floyd the kind of test that DLH was able to provide....although I think DLH's performance in making his fight with Floyd very compeititve will be a better overall performance than what Shane can provide at 147. Hatton had the right style but not enough substance in the from of skills and ability. Shane has all the skills and ability but no longer has the style that will present the kinds of problems he'll need to beat Floyd. The power is Shane's big chance at winning this one. I dont' see a decision for Shane, but a KO....absolutely if he can catch Floyd who will be on the move for sure.

In this fight you'll see a more aggressive Mayweather....he'll box but look to see him choose his spots carefully and when he does he'll throw combinations like he did at 130. I expect to see more of the Mayweather that fought Gatti and Corely to be quite honest not the first half of the fight because he has to take away Shane's legs but that second half good luck Sugar.

I doubt it.....you'll see a similar Floyd that we saw with DLH. Cautious, clam, composed and looking for the pot shots to win on points. With that style he'll be able to keep Shane off set and off balanced and constantly looking to get his feet set to throw combos. Shane needs to be set to rally off combos at this stage of his career. He'll have to cut off the ring and corner Floyd to get off with anything that is meaningful.

    yes

    mosley is wayyyy over hyped

his head, jab, and foot movement has deteriorated with age. he doesnt even throw that many combo punches, he is now a power puncher and mayweather will easily pick him off

it was be an easy win for mayweather to set up the pacquaio fight which is the real test

    Good !!!

At least somebody has identified the fact that Mayweather cannot win this fight unless he is more offensive thank you :good , however to say that you think Mayweather can do a Gatti and Corely on Mosley is banana's :huh just plain stupid , if Shane is known for anything its his fight , the fight in the guy is un real , two wars with Oscar , Margarito , late stoppage against Mayorga !!!!!!

The list is endless , at no point of this fight will Shane Mosley become defenceless , its impossible , he's too good for that its that simple !!!!!

Mosley had his career best win at 37 , Floyd has never fought anybody in the class of Mosley even at 38 , Mosley is not over hyped , 3 weight world champion and former P4P no 1 , if anything the guy is under rated !!!!!!

    see the former part

3 weight champion again in his former days

all of that is the past, he fought a brick layer with his bricks and marg just stood in front of him

    do this

look at the first oscar vs mosley fight and compare it to margo, mosley is twice the fighter in the oscar fight

quicker, better foot and head movement and throws more combo's. mosley is an old man and he will be shown to be 1 by mayweather. what you will see on may the 1st is an one sided win for mayweather and the retirement of mosley

tagged him often? thats a joke, mayweather put on a masterclass display of defense. Any fighter is going to get hit a few times, mayweather made him miss the majority of his punches. That being said, Shane is bringing a lot to the table. His speed and power will make this fight different than floyds previous bouts. That being said I think floyd digs down and wins UD

Hell no...he's going to bang with Shane a lot more than you or Nazim thinks he well he's not going to lay on the ropes and let Shane hammer him he's going to be way more offensive. The boy is Peyton in the pocket mark my words. Floyd TKO 11
