I think not I was not impressed in the first fight with Floyd's performance anyway but I would really like to see the fight made at a weight so this guy can move without loosing his breath couse we know floyd runs a lot , I mean fights on the back foot let's just put it like this I don't want to sound insulting

To be honest, Canelo could have been 170 that the heavier Canelo is, the slower and easier it would be for Floyd. Floyd gave Canelo a boxing lesson, just as Canelo did one today to Angulo.

I would have liked to have seen the Floyd/Canelo fight made at the full LMW limit rather than a catchweight. It may have given Canelo a bit more, but I would still favour Floyd with his excellent skills

no, he proved that by demanding a catchweight to fight Canelo. Canelo vs Floyd was a "thinking man's fight" Floyd said so himself. Floyd would rather fight guys who come at him, so he can counter punch his way to a UD. That didn't happen vs Canelo.

he wasnt drained regardless of what you fanboys think. most of you have no idea what the hell youre even watching in the ring anyway and just talk out the side of your ass. he tired quicker on this fight than he did in the floyd fight. he was whiffing against floyd which tires you out much quicker. if he was really weight drained that wpuldve been a built in excuse for his team and hes be begging for a rematch at a higher weight. he was 153 before the floyd fight than 152 for the floyd fight. he came higher for this fight because he ballooned up after his firat loss. i dont even know why i waste time on you f*ckin idiots. all your statements are fueled by hate and you dont know **** about boxing. go f*ck yourselves. dumb asses.

You will find that when it comes to floyd, many of the haters don't allow truth to get in the way of a good story.

Wouldn't matter what weight Canelo was, Floyd's movement and punch accuracy is too much for Canelo. Was good seeing Alvarez back to winning ways though.

dude anyone's is comfortable at a specific weight. It takes a long ****ing time for the body to adjust either its down or up it doesn't matter. So it's a real big deal you should accept this. You can temporary gain weight in order to make weight I don't see a problem with this just fill with water problem solved, but the other way around is another thing completely there is no work around for this

It was a boxing lesson. I don't know what you qualify a "boxing lesson" to be, but it doesn't necessarily have to be knocking a guy down multiple times in a fight.

He boxed circles around the kid, forced Canelo to second guess himself all night long, caused Canelo to dramatically reduce his punch output and never hit anything significant on Floyd.

That was a master class performance by Mayweather. Saying anything otherwise is just foolish as it was one of the most one sided performances between 2 fighters who are widely considered top 10 P4P stars in a VERY long time.

People that hate Mayweather kept saying Canelo had an excellent chance to dethrone the king, that Mayweather's time on the top of the P4P list was soon to be over, etc. Than when he dominated him, people want to start making a myriad of excuses. It's a double standard.

As for the weight question, Canelo was the one who proposed a 150 LB catchweight. Floyd's handlers could've forced Canelo's hand and made him come down to 150 if they wanted to, since Alvarez was the one who proposed it. Instead they fought at 152 lbs, just 1 lb lighter than what Canelo weighed in against Trout.

If anyone thinks the extra pound or 2 would've made a difference, they're fooling themselves. In fact, a heavier Canelo that night, say if he walked into the ring around 170 lbs, would've probably been easier for Floyd.
