the only way he knocks out canelo is a cheap shot a la ortiz. he knows if he goes in there swinging for the fences he puts himself in a vulnerable position to be knocked out himself.

No, but he can keep him honest with the speed and accuracy of his punches.

Miguel was NEVER hurt in the 12th rnd . That punch simply knocked him off balance , thats all . Read his body language , he did not retreat nor did he hold on .

This myth needs to die already .

Maybe if Canelo gets totally gassed in the late rounds and the ref or his corner stops it, but as far as a real flat on his back ko, I doubt it. Floyd doesn't really have the killer instinct to go out and try to destroy a guy, he is more than happy to win a decision without putting himself in danger. I don't see Canelo as having the skills to really bother Floyd, I think is will be a ho-hum 12 round decision for Floyd with very few fireworks. Then after the fight Floyd will say that he hurt his hands or he would have knocked him out

With the weight advantage even if Floyd hurts him I can't see him jumping on Alvarez, Alvarez would most likely swing back, Floyd won't risk getting caught being aggressive

    Expect a boring UD

He can but won't. He's too careful. It's about longevity at this point in his career
