yup. i just hope michiganwarrior doesn't claim his resume is just as good in his later years. despite the "flooring" debacle, he's a pretty good poster

Damn that is true. Whats also amazing is that 3 years ago if you say Pacquaio destroys Margo and Cotto. It would have been stupid but he would have whooped them even back then. Thats just crazy to think.

I dont think legacy matters. Most consider Floyd the more skilled fighter and better fighter. Floyd could surpass Pac just by winning the middleweight title honestly. He'd be viewed as the better fighter. He's alrady viewed as the better fighter now.

I know so selective that Pacquiao keeps fighting his leftovers and guys that were desroyed by guys Mayweather schooled like Mosley.

But yeah Floyd cherry picked a 160lb Oscar De La Hoya and welterweight champion Sugar Shane Mosley.

He should have fought Margarito and Clottey. :rofl

Yeah he's probably a better fighter now then he was then.

it's funny cause he beats women and security guards. as long as they aren't fillipino, then he needs a blood test

Dig up some old threads and see that PAC lost almost all his recent opponents in fantasy match-ups.

If he fights and beats the winner of Paul-Sergio, it would top Pac's win over Marg. That puts Floyd right back in the race. People talk like Floyd is light years behind Pac but that's not the case at all. The only big difference between the two as of now is Pac is a bigger global star which is why he wins so many awards. In terms of overall skills and legacy they're fairly close with Pac being 1 or 2 steps ahead.

if legacy doesn't matter, than fair enough. and you're right, winning the middleweight belt will probably get him up to or past manny

this isn't about manny, it's about floyd. he was fearless against corrales and castillo. then castillo scared the **** out of him and he fought sharmba mitchell and a fat featherweight. spot on

floyd fought a past it oscar and a shot to **** (but still #1 granted) welter mosley. like i said: SELECTIVE

his peak in all ways was 130, not now

    Of course he can.

I believe Floyd has the skills to pretty much acheive anything he wants in this sport.

If he will is another story.

I see all these threads about if Pac beat so and so is in the top 5 etc. Let me switch it up if Floyd beats Pac then what?
