About time Floyd fought a challenge since beating Castillo.

People like to call Mayweather JR the cash cow of boxing, then state he shouldnt fight this guy or that guy because it wouldnt make any money

If Mayweather was half the draw people think he is, and HE thinks he is, him challenging Martinez for the middleweight crown would do decent numbers.

I'm not sure that's entirely fair to Floyd.

Oscar was a threat, and in the fight til the last 2-3 rounds.

The way he beat Mosley, was impressive as well, old man or no old man

Yeah, I thought about that. You're right, if Floyd is as big as he (or his fanboys) believe, he can make MAJOR DLH-style money vs. anyone.

MANNY THE NEW RING KING OF ALL TIME

Time for the great SUGAR RAY ROBINSON to vacate his title "The Best of All Time" and step aside for the new king MANNY P. Willie Pep and Tony Canzoneri can open the door to the throne room, Sugar Ray and Henry Armstrong can escort Manny to the crown and throne and Robertp Duran can crown him - The Greatest Boxer That Ever Lived. Floyd M. can best be
left with the parade of jugglers and clowns for entertainment and laughs, he will never reach the entrance to the room, he has passed his sell by date
and has failed in his quest for permanent glory with the Kings of Boxing.
He had many chances and choices, but his permanent place with the best of the best has been flushed down the toilet and that is a shame because he could have been the best.:nono

As for him winning a fight against Manny P., WHO REALY CARES anymore.:bbb

The last 4 guys Floyd box had big names. Williams and Martinez most people dont know who they are. I don't think Floyd would do that he fights for the money you guys know that.

Floyd fights him and hands him his ass, and Pacquiao is exposed for the marginal south paw that he really is.

yup, and we also know he doesn't bring the money he claims he does.

but that's besides the point: in a legacy thread, martinez and williams are key figures. to do what pac did (moving up so many weight classes) he'll have to move up to middleweight and be damn impressive
