Both Froch and Bute had trouble with Magee at times.Magee is not an elite SMW but he's durable and experienced.Bute finished him after a number of heavy shots to the body/liver,Froch laid him out with a peach of a right uppercut to the jaw. Judging and predicting the outcome of future fights on the basis of common opponents doesn't work.
I think Froch has got to approach the fight similar to how Macklin is approching Martinez, force him to fight on the back foot with constant preassue , don't let him set and pull him into a bit of a war. On a good night he can beat him, it's the fight game.

October 2010... first post? Sorry bud, I'm a big fan of Bute's but he's definitely not the best P4P fighter in boxing. I'm hoping for a Bute late TKO Froch scenario, and even there that's a stretch. Tune the loving down.
