Can Garcia Handle Matthysse??

    originally i thought Garcia could probably beat him, but damn. still not sure who would win but everything about Garcia will be tested. hope it goes down after Garcia finishes off Morales.

    Hell naw. Matthysse would smash Garcia. Garcia isn't that good. I don't expect young up and coming guys to have wars with 80 year old Eric Morales well above his prime weight.

    It would be a good fight, I would favour Matthysse if the fight happened but Garcia seems to have decent counter punching skills and that could make the fight interesting, also seems to have a good chin.

    The reason I favour Matthysse is from watching Garcia in the Khan fights, although he showed he could counter well and was picking of quite a lot of the punches with his gloves and forearms, he doesn't quite have the footmovement to out box Matthssye or I don't think he can brawl with Matthysse for 12 rounds.
