Can Groves k.o Froch?

    Yep Froch has a chin cut from granite rock but has he fought anyone with the punching power of Groves?(at one point I thought he was gonna topple Johnson)
    People are saying Groves will fight on the back foot but I think he may surprise a few,i'm not saying he will go toe to toe that would be suicide but he has the speed and ability to get in land heavy shots and get out.
    Only Adam Booth knows the outcome!!!

    Very doubtful. Froch has a damn good chin.

    woah now, now.

    he hits hard enough to gain the respect of Froch but i'd be very surprised if he can KO him.

    I'm from Notts same as Froch but i'm not sold on him,i went to the Dirrell fight and he can't cope with anyone who can move.

    True. Froch seems to view boxing and fighting as totally separate disciplines and has no respect for people who can outbox him/don't immediately go toe-to-toe with him.

    Also if he had been fighting him in a different part of England the result would have been different.

    Unlikely that Groves can KO Froch. Groves seems to have decent pop, but I doubt he cracks as hard as Kessler or Bute, especially as he'll be fighting Froch off the back foot. He has to at least be able to get Carl's respect though, or he'll be getting drilled.
