I like Hatton by late stoppage. I think he is too big for pacman. I thought that about De La Hoya too, but I didn't expect De La Hoya to come into the ring that weak. I think a lot of fighters would of easily handled De La Hoya that night.

yeh he does have a chance of winning but it wont look pretty if he does, i choose pacman to stay on his toes until the hattons face peels apart.

I just watched the Hatton/PBF. And seeing this, i definitely can envision him being in Pacman's chest all fight long. The only thing that kept Hatton from overwhelming PBF on the inside were the check hooks and lead right hands which were so accurate and landing flush. Pacman has the hand speed of PBF but he cannot fight off the back foot. PBF was pretty much landing everything going backwards and timing Hatton. I don't think Pacman has that game in his arsenal. And PBF is bigger naturally than Pacman. If Hatton gets into Pacman's chest, how will Pacman escape? He might have to expend a lot of energy trying to get free. Hatton's style can wear you down if you are the smaller man.

I've always said this fight is a pick em fight. If Hatton's brawling style and size somewhat overwhelms Pacman, it wouldn't shock me one bit. If Pacman's speed allows him to pick Hatton apart from the outside, it would not shock me one bit.

Anyone who states that either Hatton or Manny have zero chance of winning this fight are imbeciles and know nothing about the sport IMO.....

Hatton's only chance is to wrestle. He has to. If he doesn't wrestle, he is dead. Even if he is allowed to wrestle its still 50/50.

Pac isn't as good as PBF on the inside, thats a given. Mayweather has that incredible defense on the inside and also that elbow to the neck which ****ed Hatton up hardcore. I don't think Pac will be able to do that. But Pac is much better than Mayweather at keeping his distance. And also he can fire off combinations at Hatton before Hatton even decides to lunge in, and also he can step away and to the side before Hatton gets him stuck against the ropes. Pac is very fast on his feet and unlike what most people think he has great balance.

he can beat pac but never twice on a row...not even in a best of three...Pac has the history of fighting below par against wrestlers like hussien and sanchez

50/50 chance or 50/50 in the hospital?

    Bingo!

Anyone who has seem how Marquez, and even Morales, managed to hurt Pac when they took his best shots and forced him onto the backfoot will see how Hatton could do the same.

I'd love to hear someone elaborate on the skillset of Manny Pacquiao.
