Not when you're talking of fighters like PBF or Bhops. These fighters are too sleek and smart to let their opponents fight in their own game plan. Again you cannot use power or work rate against opponents who doesn't want to stand and exchange.

DLH is not Hatton and they have different capabilities . . . so expect Floyd to fight a different fight.

What work rate is that you speak of? this fight will look exactly like Jones Jr vs John Ruiz at a smaller weight class bank on that.

Floyd will make hatton use his legs early. Its not like Floyd is going to stand there and allow a crazed short short armed fighter to just back him up beat him to the body. No. It wont happon. Hatton's style he throws a power punch as his first punch then falls in. Floyd wont be there when he lands and would make him miss everything if he leaps. If floyd fights like he did corrales where corrales was stalking floyd like a madman Hatton will get hit with a counter punch he does not see and go down the same way. Hatton does not have the coordination to keep up with mayweather. Once floyd starts circling him looking to land the lead right hand it will be pot shot fest. If hatton charges he will get hit and floyd will matador him. If he stands there he will get hit twice. If hatton slows down at any point in this fight floyd is going to stop him. Like when he slowed down against Collazo. Funny how that fight aint on youtube.

PBF does have a pretty static defence most of the time. When he is moving his upper body and arms blocking shots, the Philly shell, he isn't moving his legs. Don't get me wrong, he does have great footwork too, but his specialised defence does not rely on his legs. It's all his upper body movement. Christ, Baldomir managed to pin Mayweather up against the ropes a ton of times, not because he is anything special, but because Mayweather prefers it that way. Hatton will get in on the inside. You can't deny that.

And who has Hatton avoided who was slick? There is very few real slick fighters out there for him to fight. Collazo may be the best of the bunch outside of Mayweather aaround 140/147lbs.
