Nope. Too small and his chin would not stand up against the elite Heavyweights.

Id be interested if anyone can remeber any articales from the late 80s just before Holyfield went to heavy? Does anybody know if there was any simlarities to haye situation. Was the general consensus that Holyfield was going to fall short?

Haye gets decapitated against Wlad. However he has a great chance of beating ALL the rest as they are **** and have only size as an advantage. He is a better boxer with better speed and power than all of them. Wlad is everything that Haye is but better in every department and bigger.

Hence why there is not contest for him at the division because it is so bile inducingly awful.

    Flatnose:

That was a great summation of Today's Hvyweight class.

Straight from the Teddy Atlas School of Hyperbole.

His speed is a major asset, he will be harder to hit against the slow motion heavies. His power is immense plain and simple. He could knock Wlad out no doubt about it. That’s a fight i want to see

Haye has a very good amateur background and a powerful lightning fast jab himself. He's got the tools to smash up that division and i hope he does cos its full of fat eastern european durable bums

Definitely an ABC holder, not sure about being THE man though.

There's a danger in overlooking Macca though, let's not go counting any chickens yet...

Hayes style is little like all or nothing. He can KO anyone, but also everyone can KO his...if fight's with wlad goes more than 1 round, haye is doomed..

He was fighting the number one in the division who had only lost once in 10 years. It was a tough fight and he KO'd him...

Very few fighters fight a perfect fight. that was a world level fight. The left arm thing is laying traps. it's the way he fights tucking his chin behind his shoulder. He's got good all round skills including defence imo. Very good head movement and reflexes, front and back foot fighter.

You can see a heavyweight trying to land a powershot over that low arm and getting laid out by the right cos theyre so slow

    No he won't.

Haye's trainer wants to bulk him up even more once he moves to heavyweight when he already walks around at 230.

If Haye Whips Enzo Then He Could Make Some Noice At Hw. He Is 6'3" With A 80 1/2" Reach, He Can Box Relaxed And He Punches Heavily. Only One Fight Of His As Gone The Distance. He Does Have A Suspect Stamina And Was Ko'd In His Only Loss But Has Rebounded Nicely And Is On The Verge Of Becoming The Undisputed Cruiserweight Champion Of The World. Evander Holyfield Only Took 4 Big Fights At Hwt In A 2 Year Span ( 1988-1990) To Be A Wbc-wba Top Contender - Quick Tillis, Pinklon Thomas, Michael Dokes And Alex Steward ( Not Counting With Seamus Mcdonaugh, Adilson Rodrigues), And James Toney Took On Holyfield Himself before title shot at Ruiz And Guinn Before A WBC Title Shot At Rahman... Haye Needs To Make A Name For Himself In The States Though, Take On Names Like Rahman, Toney And Then A Big Eliminator Against Another Up-coming Heavie, impressive kayo wins would help a hell of a lot.
