I'm currently at a college which runs an ABA programme where we train for an hour and a half a day there (Bradley Saunders trains there a lot) + what we do in our own time. I am just now getting a license and have boxed once unlicensed. They told me in no uncertain terms that if I box again unlicensed I'm gone.

 

Is unlicensed illegal? I'm often told it is but I've never seen police close a show down. In all honesty though it's very dodgey, you get capable pro's going against in expierienced amatures or debutants who haven't been medicaled, some of whom aren't ready to spar.

 

Lol, its not illegal and some of them are actually pretty well run and the matchups are competetive.

Having boxed on one yourself I would have thought you'd have known this.
